摘 要 【关键词】 企业家素质 素质建设 道德修养 ABSTRACT Along with the deepening of reform and opening up, Private economy not only has become an important force of enrich form of our country economy, enliven the domestic market and stable and rapid economic growth, promoting state-owned enterprise to reform and mechanism innovation, but also has become an important part of social wealth and main source of national finance income.But some problems are also of concern of private enterprise, especially the quality of civilian battalion entrepreneur problem. So enhance the quality of private entrepreneurs have become a focus of private enterprise development. At first, the article introduces study on the quality of private entrepreneurs and purpose of the article, and make the concept on private entrepreneurs. Secondly, based on the analysis of the history and current situation of private enterprises development, the article make a summary that the cause of the quality of civilian battalion entrepreneur problem and analysis private entrepreneurs should possess the quality characteristics.
