The drive system design of brige girder erection machine
Abstract:The brige girder erection machine is the equipment of building brige,it also
means a device with a prefabricated good beam tablets placed into prefabricated good Pier. Erector is essentially a special crane,it is lifting the weight, therefore the low rate of work.This section is affected by clearance limit, and thus the entire bridge machine layout is very compact, requires each part size as small as possible.So,
extensive use of transmission ratio, small size of the planetary gear, and arranged in the space of the reel drum unit form planets. According to the design requirements,it determine the structure of the planetary gear reducer and transmission components of dimensions, and each design of check components.
