摘要 随着现代经济社会的发展，能源短缺的现象日益严重，海洋油气资源的开发呈现出新的前景。石油平台和海底管道安装与拆除技术是海洋油气设备维护维修技术的十分重要的部分。 导管架切割用水下金刚石绳锯机主要用于石油平台和海洋管道中各种导管架的切割作业，这方面技术问题的成功解决，将缩短我国与世界发达国家在这一领域技术水平的差距，并能提高我国在海洋开发方面的国际地位和竞争能力，还可以避免受国外公司技术限制，提高海洋石油开采的效率，降低成本费用。 本论文是以海上石油平台和海底输油管道拆除为背景，设计一台适合于导管等大直径钢质构件（中间灌注了混凝土）切割的水下金刚石绳锯机工程样机的液压站部分。论文通过设计方案分析、设计计算、油源和集成块设计、部分细节设计、设计校核等，细致地给出该液压站的设计方法和设计过程，并给出了液压站的控制工作过程和系统的装配图。 关键词：导管架；金刚石绳锯机；液压站 Abstract As the development of the modern economic society, the phenomenon of energy short is more serious day by day. Thus the exploitation of marine resource especially petroleum and natural gas resources is to show a new prospect. The installation and the demolition of the petroleum platforms and the seagoing pipe lines is the extremely important part of the technology which is used in preserving and servicing the equipment for exploiting the oil and gas. The pipelines frames cutting underwater diamond wire saw is mainly used to cut each kind of pipelines frames which are usually in petroleum platform and seagoing pipe lines. If we successfully solve the problems in this technology, it will be able to reduce the disparity between our country and the world developed country in this scientific domain. And it will be able to improve our country international standing and the competitive power in the aspect of ocean development. And it also can be able to avoid the technical blockade from foreign corporation, to enhance the efficiency in mining the oil and to reduce the cost expense. The paper is designed by the background as the demolition of the marine petroleum platform and the submarine oil pipeline.
