黄柏生物碱的提取工艺及其抗肿瘤抑菌活性研究 专业：生物工程 学号 姓名：指导教师 职称：副教授 MTT法研究黄柏总生物碱对肿瘤细胞增殖的抑制活性。通过抑菌圈试验研究黄柏生物碱对三种供试细菌的抑菌活性。结果：黄柏生物碱提取的最佳工艺为：乙醇浓度75%、料液比1:10、提取时间1.5h、提取次数3次。在该最佳工艺条件下测得的黄柏中总生物碱提取率为6.4%。黄柏生物碱对肿瘤细胞增殖抑制效果随浓度增大和培养时间增长而增加，其中细胞培养72h 后，生物碱浓度为100㎎/m86.5%。黄柏生物碱浓度在2mg/mL～8mg/mAbstract Objective: To study the extraction of alkaloids Cork and Cork alkaloids on tumor cells and bacterial inhibition.
