摘要
重型卡车作为汽车家族中的巨无霸,身躯威猛高大,动力强劲持久,外表稳重大气,驾乘舒适安全,常常以其超凡的艺术魅力,吸引了众多的眼球。重型卡车的造型不但拥有汽车造型的共性,也有其自身的特点。
随着我经济连续多年的高速发展,尤其是国家对基础设施建设投入的逐年加大,使得载货汽车的生产在前几年呈现了爆发式发展,设计制造水平也在不断提高。但是,从总体上说,我国重型车产品与欧美发达国家相比,不但在整车可靠性、动力性、安全性、舒适性、环保性以及采用电子系统控制等方面仍有很大差距,在外观造型上也存在巨大差异。
本课题正是基于一种国际化的高度,以重卡产品的造型为研究对象,结合空气动力学、设计艺术学、品牌学、人机工程学以及国内外优秀的重卡产品,通过对不同知名品牌重卡造型的查阅、分析并归纳,发现其造型的共性和差异,从而设计出一款具有徐工集团产品造型风格特点的重型卡车,以此来探究重型卡车造型设计的规律和方法。

Abstract
Heavy truck as a giant in the family car, the tall body, powerful and lasting ,stable atmospheric appearance, comfortable safety, always attract a lot of attention with extraordinary artistic charm. Heavy truck not only own common feathers of cars modeling, but also has its own characteristics.
With the rapid development of the national economy for many years, particularly national investments in infrastructure construction increase year by year, which make Chinese truck production showed the outbreak of development a few years ago .However, generally speaking, our heavy trucks compared to developed countries in Europe and America, is still a big gap not only in vehicle reliability, power, security ,comfort, environmental protection and the use of electronic control system ,but is not good about the appearance.
This subject is exactly based on the international perspective regards model of the domestic and international heavy-truck products as the research object. we can find generality and difference of the model, then obtain law and method of the model according to aerodynamics, art design, brand, ergonomics and excellent heavy truck products at home and abroad ,then Design a heavy truck which has the style of the XCMG`s products , so as to explore the heavy truck shape design rules and methods.
