Accessed to the application and researched the status quo in this area at home and abroad. We propose the principles of constructing small-scale teaching resource web site. Conducted a detailed analysis the users’ the requirements of the foundation of the secondary school teaching resource site, as well as we had a preliminary design for the website. Through anglicizing the Middle School Teaching Resources Web functional requirements, and combining with its characteristics, the basic needs on the Secondary School Teaching Resources Web site construction principles, structure, etc. We design a detailed functional modular design. Overall system design function modules include: news, articles, information dissemination and management, resources, downloads, watching the video on line, voting on line, members of management, message discussion, friendship links, management database, and management background. We form a system of secondary school teaching resource web site. At the same time, this thesis carries out a detailed analysis and design statement each functional module. The preliminary design and implementation of search module meet the of users’ search to the learning resource which they needs. The function of resource uploading effectively improves the sharing of teaching resources. We use the ASP technology to research and develop the secondary school teaching resources web site.
