Pictures as below. 2、问题处理成员（Team Members） 3、原因分析（Root Cause Analysis）： ’s transformer had used small clamps, some clamps may not be fully tight, and the gaps of the studs were a bit large, so the in some cases the transformer have abit movement, picture as below. The Studs of the cabinet bottom were broken: it seems?the UPS was dropped from high height , we have done the drop test to check this problem,?normally this problem cannot happen. 4、临时性措施（Short-Term Corrective Action）： 5、长期性措施（Long-Term Corrective Action）： For this loose fitting of transformer issue, we have already changed the transformer clamp, it can fix the transformer full tightly, picture.
