摘要 自20世纪80年代起，西方财务理论界已经开始致力于盈余管理的研究，如今盈余管理已是现代财务会计理论界研究的热门话题。近年来，伴随着我国市场经济的发展，盈余管理现象已广泛存在于我国的企业中，成为了企业普遍运用的管理手段，引起了我国学者的广泛关注，关于这方面的理论研究也是层出不穷，但很大一部分都是针对上市公司的，很少有以中小企业盈余管理为研究对象的。 本文就将围绕中小企业盈余管理，从其定义、特征、产生的动因、客观条件、方法手段、所带来的利弊以及针对其负面影响而提出的对策等方面展开论述，以期帮助解决盈余管理所带来的种种问题，从而提高企业会计信息质量，更好的维护企业利益相关者的利益，优化社会资源配置，提高企业竞争力。 关键词：盈余管理 中小企业 手段 Abstract Since the 1980s, the Western Finance theorists have begun to study earnings management. Today, earnings management is a hot topic of the modern theory of financial accounting research. In recent years, accompanied by the development of Chinas market economy, the phenomenon of earnings management has been widely exist in Chinas enterprises. It has become the universal application of enterprise management tools, has aroused wide attention from scholars in China. The theoretical research in this area is endless, but a large part of the companies are listed, with little to earnings management for small and medium-sized study. This article will focus on the earnings management of small and medium-sized enterprises, talk about its definitions, characteristics, resulting dynamics, objective conditions, methods, advantages, disadvantages and come up the minds to reduce its negative influences, in order to help solve the various problems brought by earnings management, improve the quality of accounting information,protect the interests of stakeholders, optimize the allocation of social resources and improve enterprise competitiveness.
