捷达2005款CIF变速器 输出轴和齿轮的设计 院系名称： 汽车与交通工程学院 专业班级： 姓 名： 指导教师： 二○一五年一月 摘 要 随着汽车工业的迅猛发展，车型的多样化、个性化已经成为汽车发展的趋势。而变速器设计是汽车设计中重要的环节之一。它是用来改变发动机传到驱动轮上的转矩和转速，因此它的性能影响到汽车的动力性和经济性指标，对轿车而言，其设计意义更为明显。在对汽车性能要求越来越高的今天，车辆的舒适性也是评价汽车的一个重要指标，而变速器的设计如果不合理，将会使汽车的舒适性下降，使汽车的运行噪声增大。本设计针对乘用车变速器进行系统深入的研究。 本设计基于捷达变速器，采用两轴式变速器，该变速器具有两个突出的优点：一是其仅有两根轴，结构简单，轮廓尺寸小：二是各挡位只经一对齿轮传动动力，故传动效率高，同时噪声也低。结合机械变速器的设计方法，深入研究了变速器传动比的计算，挡数的分配，齿轮参数的计算，轴及轴承的选择等，从而使乘用车的舒适性和动力性也有很大的提高。 关键字：传动比；挡数；齿轮；轴；轴承 ABSTRACT With the rapid development of automobile industry, the diversification of models,has become the development trend of personalized car. And the design of transmission is one of the important links in automobile design. It is used to change the engine reached on the driving wheel torque and speed, so its performance affect the automobiles power performance and economy index, to the car, its design significance is more obvious. On vehicle performance requirements more and more high today, is also an important evaluation index of vehicle comfort, while the transmission design if not reasonable, will make the car comfort decreased, the running noise of vehicles. The design of the systematic research for passenger car transmission. This design uses two shafts based on JETTA transmission, the transmission has two outstanding advantages: one is the two shafts, has the advantages of simple structure, small size: two is the block only by a pair of gear transmission power, the transmission efficiency is high, the noise is low.
