早期护理干预对手外伤术后患者康复锻炼的效果研究 冀云涛 李静青 赵佳莉 (内蒙古医科大学第二附属医院手外二科，内蒙古呼和浩特 010030) 【摘要】目的 探讨术后早期护理干预对手外伤患者功能康复的效果。方法 选取行手术治疗的手外伤患者100例，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组50例。对照组按照常规的功能康复护理进行干预，观察组进行早期强化护理干预。护理干预前及护理干预后14天对两组患者的康复锻炼效能感、心理状态及手功能进行评定。结果 护理干预后14天康复锻炼效能感、心理状态评分观察组均明显高于对照组(均P0.05)；护理干预前两组患者的手功能评分总优良率无明显差异，护理干预后14天观察组均明显高于对照组(均P0.05)。结论 早期护理干预在手外伤术后功能康复中的影响较大，对患者的心理、手功能恢复及治疗信心均发挥着积极的促进作用。 【关键词】护理干预；手外伤；功能康复；效果 Study on exercise effect of early nursing intervention and patients after hand injury operation 冀云涛 (The Second Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University, Hohhot, Inner Mongolia, 010035) [Abstract] Objective To explore the early nursing intervention and postoperative hand injury effect of rehabilitation exercises. Methods 100 patients with hand injury operation treatment of patients, were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 50 cases each group. Control group was taken rehabilitation routine nursing intervention; observation group was given early intensive nursing intervention. Before nursing intervention and nursing stem rehabilitation exercise effectiveness prognosis of 2W of two groups of patients, mental state and hand function evaluation. Results Nursing intervention after 2 W rehabilitation exercise self-efficacy, mental status score of observation group were significantly higher than those in control group (P0.05); nursing intervention in two groups before hand function score, excellent and good rate was no significant difference, nursing intervention after 2 W of observation group were significantly higher than those in control group (P0.05). Conclusion The effect of early nursing intervention on the function of hand trauma postoperative rehabilitation of hand function of large, psychological, and confidence in the treatment of all patients plays a positive role in promoting.
