资本逻辑与金融风暴 鲁品越 摘要：古典经济学脱离人们所处社会关系结构及其历史进程来解释经济现象，不能揭示金融风暴的深层本质。马克思劳动价值论主张市场中的社会劳动在生产财富的同时创造作为社会关系的劳动价值，其转变和展示为各种形态的市场权力。各种产权通过经济活动过程生成市场经济权力结构，分割剩余价值而生成偏离价值的市场价格体系。由此既形成推动经济扩张的强大动力，也产生以资本扩张悖论为主线的资本逻辑，并导致经济危机。经济危机的原生态是实体经济的过剩性萧条，使用财政机器缓解后则表现为滞胀，而经过虚拟经济的缓冲和积累则暴发为金融危机。实体经济创造的资产通过资产证券化而生成当代虚拟经济体系，资本逻辑由此延伸到虚拟经济领域。垄断资本通过资产证券化及其杠杆效应，将全球民众卷入其金融关系网络，在分割剩余价值同时不断转移和积累资本扩张风险，在使资本扩张空间极大化的同时也使风险极大化，金融危机由此暴发。实践“以人为本”的科学发展观以建设新型社会关系与产业结构，是应对经济危机的历史性战略，科学发展观由此成为《资本论》的伟大续篇。 关键词：劳动价值 虚拟经济 科学发展观 Capital logic and Financial Crisis Pinyue Lu Research Center of Economical Philosophy ofShanghai University of Finance and Economics Abstract: Classical economics is not able discover the essence of the financial crisis because it explains economic phenomena separate from social relation construction and its historical process. Marxs labor theory of value claim that social labor in the market produce social relations as the value in commodities which will transform and expresses as the market power while it produce wealth. Property rights generate the market power construction which divides the surplus value to produce the market price system, and thus produce the strong force promoting economic development, and form the capital logic which takes the dilemma in the capital expansion as its main content, and thus make the economic crisis happened. The original state of economic crisis is depression in real economy, and it manifested as stagflation when the financial machinery intervene the market economy, and it outbreak as the financial crisis when the fictitious economy works to help capital expansion in real economy. Assets created in real economy generate fictitious economy system through securitization, and thus the capital logic of real economy extends into fictitious economy. International monopoly capitals bring people all of the world into the globe financial network and their surplus value be robbed.
