立项编号： 05 我市 课题主持人： 屈小华 主持人电话： 课题组成员： 张莎莎、明鸣、李新丽 课题完成单位：安阳师范学院人文管理学院 二〇一四年八月二十五 摘 要 加快推进新型城镇化，进一步优化城镇空间布局，提高城镇综合承载力和辐射带动力，是深入贯彻落实科学发展观，加快打造现代化绿城水乡的重要战略；是进一步转方式、调结构，最大限度激发内需活力，推动经济平稳较快发展的持久动力；是在更宽领域、更深层次、更高水平上优化经济、社会、区域和城乡结构，加快区域、城乡一体化进程的迫切要求。 本文共分五个部分：第一部分，介绍了本文的研究背景与意义，提出了本文的研究目的和思路。第二部分，对新型城镇化作了基本概述，主要包括改革开放以来我国新型城镇化发展历程、新型城镇化的概念界定、新型城镇化与传统城镇化的不同。第三部分，安阳市新型城镇化的发展现状与发展的能力进行了分析。第四部分，指出了安阳新型城镇化过程中存在的问题。第五部分，提出了安阳市新型城镇化发展未来的设计路径。 关键词：安阳市，新型城镇化，设计路径 Abstract To expeditethe advancement ofnew-style urbanization,further optimize township Spatial layout and enhance township comprehensive carrying capacity,radiating power and driving force is an significant strategy for thorough implement ation of theory of scientific development outlook and acceleration on forging modernized ecologicalcities；constitute a permanent motivation for further transformation of development mode and structure，stimulation on domestic demand force with the maximum limit and promotionofrapid and steady economic development；and will be thedesperate requirements on optimizing economic and social structure，region and urban—rural structure and expediting regional integration and integration of urbanand rural areas with a more widerdomain,deeper and higher level． The wholepaperis divided into five sections：In the first section, Introduces the research background and significance of this article , The purpose of this study and ideas are put forward .In the second part, Summarizes the new urbanization, Mainly includes the new development of urbanization in China since the reform and opening up 、the new definition of urbanization 、A new type of urbanization is different from traditional urbanization .In The third part,Analysis of anyang city new urbanization development present situation and the development ability ,In The fourth part, Anyang pointed out the new p
