毕业（设计）论文 电控发动机传感器的研究 【摘要】 随着电子技术的发展，汽车电子化程度不断提高，通常的机械系统已经难以解决与汽车功能相关要求的问题，而被电子系统所代替。传感器的作用就是根据被规定的测量的大小，定量提供电输出信号的部件，即传感器把光、时间、温度、压力及气体的物理，化学量转化为信号的变换器，发动机控制用传感器有很多种，其中包括温度传感器、压力传感器、转速和角度传感器、流量传感器、位置传感器、气体浓度传感器，爆震传感器，这类传感器是发动机的核心，利用它们可以提高发动机的动力性，降低油耗，减少废气，反映故障等，由于其工作在发动机震动，污泥，等恶劣环境中，因此它们在耐恶劣环境技术指标要高于普通传感器，对于它们的性能指标有很多种，其中最关键的是测量精度和可靠性，否则由于传感器测量带来的误差最终导致发动机系统失灵和故障。该论文对电控发动机传感器的原理和构造做了个简答介绍。 【关键词】 电控发动机 传感器 原理 构造 Electronic-controlled engine sensor research 【Abstract】Along with the development of electronic technology, automobile electronic degree unceasing enhancement, the usual mechanical system has been difficult to solve the problems of the functional requirements with cars, and was replaced by the electronic system. The function of the sensor is to be prescribed by the measurement of the size of the quantitative provide electrical output signal components, namely, the light sensor, time, temperature, pressure and gas of the physical and chemical quantity into a signal converter, engine control, there are many kinds of sensors including temperature sensor, pressure sensor, flow sensor, speed and Angle sensors, location sensors, gas concentration sensor, knock sensor, this kind of sensor is the core of the engine, using them can improve the dynamic performance of engine, reduce fuel consumption, reduce emissions, reflect the fault and so on, due to its work in the engine vibration, sludge, such as harsh environment, so they are resistant to bad environment technical indicators are higher than normal sensors, for there are many kinds of, their performance is one of the most critical measure precision and reliability, otherwise the error caused by the sensor system failure and failure eventually led to the engine.
