泰 山 学 院 本科毕业设计 MX2手机外壳外形及注塑模具设计与分析 所 在 学 院 机械与工程学院 专 业 名 称 机械设计制造及其自动化 申请学士学位所属学科 工 学 年 级 二〇一〇级 学生姓名、学号 张龙凯 2010170200 指导教师姓名、职称 孟晓军 副教授 完 成 日 期 二〇一四年五月 摘要 注塑模设计为手机壳的生产提供了一个简介、高效、低成本的途径。注射成型是热塑性塑料成型的主要方法之一，可以一次成型形状复杂的精密塑件。本设计是手机后壳塑料模具的设计，对零件结构进行了工艺分析，采用作为塑件的材料 手机外壳造型很多，市面上不断出现各种款式，选用魅族手机外壳进行模具设计与分析。通过分析与研究，参照有关的技术文献，选定材料和有关技术参数，设计出这款手机外壳的模具。 本设计主要运用Pro/ENGINEER 5.0来对手机外壳进行零件设计及模具设计，先进行的设计，然后ro/E根据塑件的形状生成型心和型腔，最后在标准模架系统下生成型心、型腔和标准模架的装配图，完成整个模具的设计In nowadays,the phone shell enter the life of the mobile phone lovers gradually . injection mold design provided an introduction, high efficiency, low cost production of mobile phone shell . Injection molding is the main method of thermoplastic plastic molding.and molding can be a complex shape of precision plastic parts.This design is a design of mobile phone shell plastic mold, the structure of parts of the process analysis, using TPU as the material of plastic part. Emerging a variety of styles in the market.so we select the Meizu mobile phone shell mold design and analysis .According to the related literature, selected materials and relevant technical parameters, design molds of the mobile phone. This design mainly uses Pro/ENGINEER 5 for mobile phone shell parts and die design, the first is design the mobile phone shell,and then Pro/E can be based on the shape of plastic parts generate angina and cavity, assembly drawing the last generation of angina,Assembly drawing the last generation of angina, cavity and standard mould baseon EMX standard mold system, completed the all design .
