W e e stab lish the gear ′s m e sh model w ith the gear de sign and analysis system de signed by ou r group. Then we convert the data of the model and in troduce them in to the AN SYS software. A fter a ssemb ly and structu ral exp an sion , the model is u sed to do the con tact stre ss analysis of the sp iral bevel gear. W e thu s ob tain the distribu tion and change of its tooth con tact stre ss wh ile several p airs of teeth are m e shed.
