娄底职业技术学院 毕业设计（论文）说明书 题 目 主轴加工工艺及数控编程 学 生 杨 坚 系 别 机 电 工 程 系 专 业 班 级 机电一体化（09机大三班） 指 导 教 师 谭 建 新 同 组 同 学 黄亮 唐雨光 张建 吴志成 开 题 时 间 2011 11 20 完 成 时 间 2011 12 24 摘要 机械制造业是一个国家技术进步和社会发展的支柱产业之一，无论是传统产业，还是新兴产业，都离不开各式各样的机械装备。而加快产品上市的时间，提高质量，降低成本，加强服务是制造业追求的永恒主题。此篇论文主要内容是对CA6140主轴加工工艺路线进行的研究、设计和数控编程，其中包括了各道工序的加工方法，机床、刀具、夹具、辅具、量具的选择，准面的选取，定位，夹紧方案的拟定和数控加工程序编写。 通过本次毕业设计对典型轴类零件的设计有了很深的认识，本次设计概括了我所学的知识，加深了对本专业的认识水平。本次设计就是进行数控加工工艺设计典型轴类零件，侧重于设计该零件的数控加工工艺和编程，主要设计内容有：完成该零件的工艺规程（包括工艺过程卡、工序卡和数控刀具卡）和主要工序的工装设计。并绘制零件图、夹具图。用G代码编制该零件的数控加工程序，再则学习CAD/ UG相关知识，并编制其构架。使设计有了一定的版图。 关键词：轴 夹具 工艺 数控编程 CAD / UG Abstract Machinery manufacturing industry is a national technology progress and social development of one of the pillar industries, either traditional industry, or the emerging industry, are inseparable from every kind of machinery and equipment.
