In the first part,we must analysis the reducer’s structure.According the component’s material,production guiding principle and other requires decide the form of manufacturing.Followed by processing base to sketch the process route, the next we need to dicide the machined magnitude,process magnitudeand,semifinished magnitudeand,cutting time and base time. In the design of part of assembly technology clamp, the first is the determination of location programme,choosing location reference reasonably and analysising error in accordance with the characteristics of every process. Through the graduated designing ,the knowledge of my four years of university has been made to further consolidate and enhance in the same time, It also reinforced my analysis an
