清洁检验规程（Rev. B） Purpose 目的 This is the guideline for fabrication, cleaning, inspection and packing of equipments，piping and instruments to avoid any possible contamination from fabrication to installation of equipmentsThis guideline rules all cleaning procedures which will be performed before all equipments are delivered after fabrication. Cleaning plan has to be examined and applied from purchasing equipments, design and production stage. (See attached Flow Chart) 此规程规定所有设备制造完成之后、交货之前，进行所有清洁程序。检查并应用所购设备、设计及生产阶段的清洁规划（见附件流程图）。 Surface treatment 表面处理 For effective cleaning, surface treatment (CS : Buffing-#200 or sand or shot blasting / SS : Buffing-#200or EP)should be preceded. 为有效的清洁，提前进行表面处理(CS: 抛光- # 200 或砂或抛丸除锈/ SS:抛光- # 200 或EP)。 High pressure cleaning 高压清洗 All equipments should be cleaned with high pressure water(200kg./cm2 over, filtered water 20um) after suface treatment to completely remove foreign materials like dust which is adhered to inside / outside of the equipments, and then, it should be dried with oil-less dry air. 表面处理后，用高压水清洗所有设备（200kg./cm2以上，过滤水20um）以完全清除杂质如粘附在设备内部和外部的灰尘，然后用无油干燥空气烘干。 Degreasing 除油污 Do degreasing with IPA. Degreasing is performed by one method among following three methods 用IPA来去油污。通过以下三种方法的一种去除油污： -Surface cleaning 表面清洁 -Deeping 深层清洁 -Circulating 循环清洁 To use IPA substitute solvent, it has to get approval from purchaser（owner) in advance. 使用溶剂，必须事先买方业主批准Water cleaning 水清洗 After degreasing, the equipments should be cleaned with high pressure water (pure water : min.1ΜΩ@25℃, it is called pure water hereinafter) to wash degreasing water and this cleaning should be performed until when PH density on surface would be same with cleaning water. In case of water cleaning, alternative cleaning method is also allowed under the approval from purchaser (owner) considering characteristic of equipments and parts. (In case of SS/Alloy and high-performance ceramics (Si3N4) material equipments and cleaning class “A”, it is moved to acid
