摘 要近年来随着世界全球化的深入发展，文化软实力越来越受到各国领导人的高度重视，文化软实力也已越来越成为国家在国际竞争中的重要内容和主要手段。许多国家都已充分认识到文化软实力建设的重要意义，把文化软实力作为国家战略规划和国际交往发展的重要组成部分并为此提出了相应的发展战略和具体措施。这对于处于经济处于快速发展中的中国来说，建设国家文化软实力具有重要的现实意义。最近美国等西方国家在文化软实力建设方面取得的突出成就以及在国际舞台上对各国尤其是中国文化软实力建设的挑战，使得我国的文化软实力建设显得尤为迫切。本文拟在全球化这一大背景下，分析当前我国文化软实力建设出现的现状和遇到的问题，并在此基础上进一步对我国如何长远地建设文化软实力提出一些思考和展望。　　 Abstract (英文摘要) In recent years, with the development of globalization in the world, the soft power of culture more and more leaders attaches great importance to cultural soft power has increasingly become an important content of the countries in international competition and the primary means of.
