More concretely, employing the regression analysis, I will show how the soybeans trade between China and United States impact on Chinese consumers, Chinese producers, American soybeans productions and prices. Since I have not find data for the influence in the U.S. employment rate and wages. I cannot get conclusion about these parts. Since soybean trade has a positive impact on Chinese consumers and bring higher employment rate in Chinese. After joining in WTO, The increasing of trading in soybeans brings higher welfare in China. It is also increasing the productions of soybeans in United States, Additionally; it is beneficial for the domestic consumers since the prices of soybeans decrease year by year. I will use the Heckscher –Ohlin model, import tariff and export subsidy to explain the soybean trade between United States and China. I have found that China became a soybean import country from export country during the period of 1980 to 2010. Soybeans are one of the major grain varieties in China, also are the largest traditional export agricultural products before 1990.
