This laser welding coaxial protection air spout was used to weld the stainless steel, and then the effect of coaxial protection air spout on the welding process was analyzed. The result indicate that, in the structure of air spout, the design of the gas path, gas space and gas outlet is proper, the air-out is homogeneous.
