毕业论文（设计） 基于电商平台的互联网金融探讨 院 系 ： 专 业： 年级（班级）： 姓 名： 学 号: 指导教师： 职 称： 完成日期： 摘 要 近年来，电商金融的发展受到社会各界的广泛关注，电商金融作为创新型产物，为涉及的主体带来了巨大的效益，不仅解决了中小微企业的融资问题，还完善了商业生态链条。但是由于电商金融的发展处于起步阶段，所以在发展面临着各种问题。本文从电商金融的形成背景和发展模式及现状出发，阐述了电商金融的基本概况，针对电商金融所存在的风险和挑战，从技术安全风险、信用风险、法律风险这三个方面分析了电商金融在发展过程中存在的问题，针对问题，而提出相应的解决措施。展望未来，电商金融在未来经济发展中任重而道远。 关键词：互联网金融 ；电商金融 ；发展模式 ；电商平台 Abstract In recent years,the development of electrical business finance received extensive attention of the society from all walks of life. the electricity business finance as an innovative product, has brought great benefit to subjects involved.It not only solved financing problems what from the micro, small and medium enterprises. But also improved the business ecological chain.But the development of the electricity business financial at early stages, so faced with various problems. this dissertation starts with the forming background ,development models and current situation and state basic condition of the electric business finance.in view of the existing electricity financial risks and challenges, from a technical security risk, credit risk, legal risk, these three aspects to analyze electricity business finance existing problems in the process of development.Finally, puts forward measures to these problems.
