Non- saturation fatty acid component of grape seed oi was contrast y ana yzed w ith GC-MS. The resu t demonstrated the content of tota f avone of w i d grape was more than that of h i imp ant ation grape seed, but the content of o igoprocyanidinsw as 1. 07 times higher in wi d grape seed than that in hi im- p ant ation grape seed. The non- saturation fatty acid content of grape seed oi was above 90% . The sub- o eic acid in both was more than 75% and the sub- o eic acid in wi d hi grape seed oi ( 78. 84% ) was more than that in h i imp antation grape seed.
