广西东兰县疟疾防治效果评价 马昌相1 罗 柳青1 韦 亚1 黎 军2 黄亚铭2 韦海艳2 1.广西壮族自治区东兰县疾病预防控制中心（东兰 547400） 2.广西壮族自治区疾病预防控制中心（南宁 530028） 摘要：目的 评价河池市东兰县1951～2010年的疟疾防治效果，为消除疟疾行动计划提供科学依据。方法 收集全县各乡镇卫生院1951-2010年疟疾防治资料，采用Excel软件进行统计和分析。结果 该县上世纪50-60年代是恶性疟、间日疟和三日疟流行区，疟疾发病率分别为2325.50/10万和168.75/10万。70年代回升到1056.05/万，50和70年代疟疾死亡病例分别为35例和7例。80年代下降为64.35/10万，并在流动人口中发现疟疾病例，但仅占总病例的8.29%，而在90年代和本世纪流动人口的疟疾病例分别占94.03%和98.84%。2001-2010年全部为流动人口疟疾病例，发病率为2.79/10万。结论 该县通过长期的疟疾综合性防治措施后疟疾流行得到有效控制。 关键词：疟疾；控制；流动人口 Evaluation effective of malaria control in Donglan county Guangxi province from 1950 to 2010. Corresponding author: HUANG Ya-ming,Email:hym9992004@ [Abstract] Objective To evaluate the effect of malaria control in Donglan county of Hechi from 1951 to 2010 and the malria action plan for the elimination of a scientific basis. Methods Collected malaria control data in all health clinics of towns and townships in 1951-2010 and using Exel software for statistical analysis. Results This county is Plasmodium falciparum, Plasmodium vivax, Plasmodium malariae endemic areas from 1950’s to 1960’s of last century and malaria incidence rates were 2325.50/100 thousand and 168.75/100 thousand, 1970’s the malaria cases rose to 1056.05/100 thousand, 1950’s and 1970’s malaria deaths were 35 cases and 7 cases. The malaria cases dropped to 64.35/100 thousand in 1980’s and the malaria cases found in the floating population but only 8.29% of total cases, while in the 1990’s and the movement of this century the population of malaria cases accounted for 94.03% and 98.84%. All cases of malaria for the floating population and the incidence rate of 2.79/100 thousand from 2001 to 2010.
