毕业论文 引自CIP的种质资源在青海栽培条件下主要营养品质的比较分析 #￥%#￥% （@#￥@#￥农牧学院农林系 青海 西宁 810016） 摘 要 采用折光仪快速测定法、DNS比色法、鼓风烘干法，对33份引自国际马铃薯中心(CIP)的种质资源和当地的3个主栽品种，分别进行其淀粉含量、还原糖含量、干物质含量的测定。结果表明：在33份种质资源中，高淀粉资源(淀粉含量≥18%)11份，占引用资源的33.33%；低还原糖资源(还原糖含量≤0.2%)0份，还原糖含量显著低于炸片专用型品种大西洋的资源占引用资源的18.18%；27.27%的资源干物质含量显著高于三个主栽品种中淀粉含量最高的大西洋，Kennebec相对来说还原糖含量低，淀粉含量高，表现最优。 关键词：马铃薯，种质资源，淀粉，还原糖，干物质 nutritional quality Comparative Analysis of Germplasm Resources from CIP In Qinghai cultivation conditions Wang Han-dong (Department of Agronomy and Forestry, Agricultural and Animal Husbandry College of @#￥@￥ University Qinghai Xining 810016) Abstract Using the rapid determination of refractometer, the DNS colorimetric method, blast drying method, respectively determine the contents of starch, reducing sugar and dry matter for 33 Germplasm Resources from International Potato Center and 3 local cultivars. The results show that there are 11 high starch resources (starch content ≥ 18%) of 33 Germplasm Resources, accounting for 33.33% of the reference resources, and that there are 0 low reducing sugar resources (reducing sugar content ≤ 0.2%) of 33 Germplasm Resources, Resources that reducing sugar content was significantly lower than Atlantic that the deep-fried piece of special varieties accounted for 18.18% of the reference resources, and that 27.27% of the resources, dry matter content was significantly higher than Atlantic of the highest starch content in the three cultivars, Relatively speaking, Kennebec, performance is the best, whose reducing sugar content is low and starch content is high.
