No. 3, 2008 沉积板法检测车用乙醇汽油清净性研究 张宏伟 , 　吴 　凡 (黑龙江省质量监督检测研究院 ,黑龙江 哈尔滨 150050) 摘要 :车用乙醇汽油清净性的好坏直接影响汽车发动机的使用性能 ,加入清净剂可以改善和保持发动机的良好工况 ,减 少油耗和尾气排放 。采用模拟沉积物试验板法对车用乙醇汽油和加入清净剂的车用乙醇汽油进行检验 ,得出未加清净剂和 加入清净剂的车用乙醇汽油的清净效果 ,可以评价车用乙醇汽油清净剂 。实验结果表明 ,车用乙醇汽油清净剂能够很好地起 到去除进气阀沉积物的作用 ,用加入实验助剂的方法 ,能够更加有效的评价车用乙醇汽油清净剂的使用效果 。 关键词 :车用乙醇汽油 ;清净剂 ;沉积物 ;沉积板 中图分类号 : TE 624. 81　　　　　文献标识码 : B 　　　　　文章编号 : 100 1 - 00 17 (2008) 03 - 0074 - 03 Study on D etecting D etergency of Ethano l Ga so line for V eh icle U sing the M ethod s of D epo sit Board ZHAN G Hong - wei and WU Fan (Q ua lity S up ervision and Tes ting Institu te of H eilongj iang P rovince, H a rbin 150050, Ch ina) Abstract: The detergency of ethanol gasoline for motor veh icles affects the op erational p erform ance of the engine directly. A dding detergent additive into ethanol gasoline m ay imp rove and m aintain good op erating mode of engine and reduce the oil con sump tion and the tail gas. U sing the m ethods of simu lating depo sit exp erim ent board to exam ine the ethanol gasoline w ith adding detergent additive and the ethanol gasoline w ithou t adding the additive resp ec tively, two different detergency effects are ob tained, and the detergent additive for ethanol gasoline can be evaluated. The exp erim ental resu lts indicate that u sing the detergent additive for ethanol gasoline can removes depo sit in the intake valve effectively. And it m ay evaluate the effect of detergent additive for ethanol gasoline more effectively w ith adding exp erim ental additive.
