H e. nan Jianghe PaperM ak ing Ltd. , Jiaozuo 5 950, Ch ina) Abstract: Paraffin emu ls ion is an mi portant pressure color-form er preven ting agent but a series of problem s existed yet in it such as poor emu lsification ability and emu lsion stab ility, and the prepared coatings are stable only under neutral or w eak alkaline conditions or when all the components are bearing negative electricity, a k ind of an ion ic paraffin emu ls ion w ith good stability and good compatib ility w ith therm osensitive coating w as prepared, the optmi um coating formu lationw as confirm ed. The op tmi um form ulations of coatings are as follows: when the amount of components such as colorless dyestu ff, chrom ogen ic agent, sensitizing agent, binders and other add itives is invariab le, the contents of filler, z inc stearate and par- affin are 22% , 8% and 5% respectively.
