TheLi O-ZnO-SiO syste was studied by eansof 2 2 2 different heat-treat ent processes and by DSC and button test. The results indicated that the glass solders have good fluxion property around 600~ 640 e and can seal with etal alloy and flat glass. Then the technical pa- ra eters including sealing te perature, ti e and theoxidation thickness of etalalloy affected on sealing quality were discussed.
