The optmi al synthesis cond itionsw as found. Themolar ratio of epichlorohydrin to trmi e thylam ine hydrochloride w as 0. 951, the reaction temperature w as 40~ 50 , the reaction tmi ew as 30 m in. U nder the conditions, the purity of productwas over 98%, and the yield of productw as 90% ( based on epichlorohydrin). Th is process w as smi ple w ith low energy consumption, the solvent cou ld be used many tmi es, and the quality of the product w as execellent.
