B sed on the ste mw ter he t exch nger, the experiments of he ttr nsfer perform nce nd flow resist nce re c rried out, which corresponds to the p r meter of the ste mw ter he t exch nger, the he texch nge tube dimensions re 25 mm 25 mm, the wire di meter dimensions re 05 mm, 08 mm, 10 mm, nd with different ch r cteristics of he t tr nsfer nd flow resist nce between steel wires. The result shows the best perform nce when the wire di meter is 10 mm nd the sp ce between steel wire is 28 mm. The wiregrid with optimum structure is put into use in the innov tion of the ste mw ter he t exch nger, nd comp rison of the new ste mw ter he t exch nger with the old one is m de.The result shows th t the re of the ste mw ter he t tr nsfer could decre se bout 48% , nd there is n obvious effect of removing st ins by use of the technology.
