摘 要 本设计为西安市500 吨果品冷藏库制冷工艺设计，此库主要贮藏，且不进行加工， 该库为分配性冷藏库。 在设计中，首先我们根据建筑和冷藏工艺流程的要求，以及冷藏库的功能，并结 合冷藏库的存贮容量，确定冷藏间的间数以及它的尺寸及房间的高度。随后进行对它 保温层厚度的计算，通过比较，此设计采用热氨聚酯泡沫作为冷藏库的保温材料，再 进行厚度的计算，通过校核计算验证本设计确定的围护结构的总热阻大于最小传热组， 同时校核围护结构的隔气防潮蒸汽渗透阻满足要求。 在设计中，我们通过对冷库各冷藏间负荷的计算以及冷库制冷系统方案的确定来 选择压缩机、辅助设备及冷却设备。在选型前，我们还对制冷经济方案进行了经济技 术分析，综合多方面考虑，该冷藏库的制冷系统采用氨为制冷剂，系统采用氨泵供液， 同时冷风机的供液形式采用下进上出式，融霜采用热氨融霜。该系统采用的是循环水 系统。 关键词：果品冷藏库，单级压缩，氨制冷系统，管道设计 1 Abstract The granduation design is about 500 ton fruit storage .Which is situated in xi an region,It is not used to Work,It can be used for the distribuative application. During the designing,according to the requirement of refrigeration process and function of cold storage for apples,the number of store rooms plane size and the room hight have been determined to need the depositing capacity and the way of putting up fruitspiles,The building enclosure thermal insulation material is determined to be flinty polyurethane foam plastics and foam concrete ,The design is verified to determine the maintenance of total thermal resistance structure is large r than the minimum thermal resistance from the calculation ,Also check to maintain the structure of the moisture vaporpermeability resistance to meet the repuirements of gas. In the design,we calculated the load of the cold storage refrigeration,and storage refrigeration system scheme to select the compressor, auxiliary equipment and cooling equipment,the cold storage.Refrigeration system use ammonia as refrigerant.and the system use ammonia pump to offer liquis ,The system adopt the circulating
