TGF-β和IL-10在呼吸道合胞病毒毛细支气管炎患儿外周血中的含量及表达意义 [摘要] 目的 观察呼吸道合胞病毒毛细支气管炎患儿外周血中TGF-β及IL-10的含量，并对其临床意义进行探讨。方法 2012年10月2013年10月间80例呼吸道合胞病毒毛细支气管炎检测为阳性的患儿为观察对象组，并以60例健康体检儿童为对照组，以酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）检测外周血中TGF-β和IL-10的含量，比较组间的差异。结果 治疗前，与对照组外周血中TGF-β和IL-10的含量（57.01±7.48）42.68±7.07）pg/mL相比呼吸道合胞病毒毛细支气管炎患儿组外周血中TGF-β及IL-10含量21.91±4.77）（14.85±2.83）pg/m显著降低（P0.000）；治疗后，与治疗前相比呼吸道合胞病毒毛细支气管炎患儿组外周血中TGF-β及IL-10含量（43.41±7.17）（40.85±5.65）pg/m显著升高（P0.000）；治疗后与对照组相比，呼吸道合胞病毒毛细支气管炎患儿组外周血中TGF-β及IL-10含量虽有明显的上升趋势，但仍显著低于对照组水平（P＜0.05。TGF-β和IL-10含量可作为判断呼吸道合胞病毒毛细支气管炎病情轻重的重要指标 [关键词] 呼吸道合胞病毒；毛细支气管炎；转化生长因子-β；白介素-10 [中图分类号] R453.9 [文献标识码] A The clinical significance of concentration of peripheral serum TGF-and IL-10 in children with respiratory syncytial virus bronchiolitis SHAO Qin1, DIAN Yu-qiao2 Department of Pediatric, Xingtai Municipal Peoples Hospital Affiliated to Hebei Medical University, Xingtai 054000, China;2.
