冶金原料场粉尘抑制技术与措施探讨 ·1 · 冶金原料场粉尘抑制技术与措施探讨 金 晖 （冶金工业规划研究院，北京 100711 ） 摘 要 冶金原料场在装卸、堆存作业过程中产生大量扬尘，具有尘源点多、粉尘浓度高、各类粉尘混杂等特点， 其防尘降尘工作在治理环境污染、全面实施清洁生产尤为重要。文章分析了冶金原料场采取的喷水降尘、喷洒抑尘 剂降尘、挡风抑尘墙、封闭料场等抑尘技术和措施的原理、特点，并对其优、缺点和抑尘效果进行了对比，提出了 有效使用抑尘技术和措施，最大限度减少原料场粉尘污染。 关键词 原料场 粉尘抑制 技术措施 Discussing the Technologies and Measures of the Dust Suppression in Metallurgical Raw Material Yard Jin Hui (China Metallurgical Industry Planning Research Institute, Beijing, 100711) Abstract A great quantity of the dusts will be occured in the processes of loading and unloading the raw materials in metallurgical raw material yard. The characteristics are that there are many dust spots, the dust concentration is higher and a variety of the dusts are mixed. It is more important that the dusts will be prevented and cured in governing environmental pollution and implementing cleaner production comprehensively. This article analyses the technologies and measures of the dust suppression in metallurgical raw material yard, such as the water spraying, the dust suppression liquid spraying, wind-proof and dust suppressing wall, closed type raw material yard, etc, and gives out the contrasts between the advantages and the faults and the effects of the dust suppression, and presents the technologies and measures to be used in the dust suppression effectively, that will reduce the dust pollution in raw material yard in the maximum.
