Methods Using ICP-AES (Inductively Coupled Plasma-Atomic Emission Spectrometry) to measure a total of 12 species of essential trace elements, including Fe, Mn, Sn, Zn, Sr, Si, Cu, V, Ni, Co, Mo, Cr. Digestion means:Wet HNO -HClO digestion system. Results There is 3 4 some different in the content of several elements such as Fe, Mn, Sn, Zn of the three manufacturers. Conclusion The content of trace elements in the Niuhuangjiedu tablets produced by different factories have difference, the curative effect and the adverse effect also has differentiation.
