中英文均可，黑白色，不超过两页 长春 2012 Active Cyclopeptides from Medicinal Plants Ning-Hua Tan State Key Laboratory of Phytochemistry and Plant Resources in West China, Kunming Institute of Botany, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Kunming 650201, Yunnan, P.R. China Plant cyclopeptides were defined as cyclic compounds formed mainly with the peptide bonds of 2-37 protein or non-protein amino acids and discovered in higher plants, mainly L-amino acids. Now over 450 cyclopeptides had been discovered from higher plants which belong to 25 families, 65 genera and 120 species, with a range of interesting biological activities including anti-tumor, anti-HIV, anti-bacteria, anti-malaria, sedative, anti-platelet, estrogen-like, uterotonic, immunomodulating, immunosuppressive and inhibiting cyclooxgenase, tyrosinase and trypsin activities. In this presentation, new findings on plant bioactive cyclopeptides during past five years in my lab will be introduced. It includes 150 cyclopeptides coving 50 new ones, 30 active ones and 2 leads from 15 medicinal plants. Their anti-tumor and immunosuppressive activity with the new mechanism will be involved.
