衡阳市岳屏公园使用状况评价及优化 作者： 摘要：现代城市公园作为城市居民日常生活与工作的有机组成部分,是一种具有休闲、娱乐、交流以及感悟自然等作用的公共空间。但随着时代的变化，其内容与功能也发生了一定的变化，导致公园在使用过程中出现了一些不容忽视的问题。鉴于此，从公园、使用者及其互动关系出发，通过调查问卷的发放收集相关数据，综合运用使用后评估(POE)的理论方法与因子分析法对数据进行系统分析,对岳屏公园的使用状况进行研究并得到POE评价分析报告。通过调查了解到岳屏公园的使用状况存在一定的问题，比如卫生、休息等设施需要改善；其“爱国主义教育基地”的地位不够明显。此后，又根据问题提出相对的建议，并不断完善报告该报告可为衡阳市岳屏公园改善服务设施、提高管理水平提供依据,也可为其它类似公园的设计管理提供借鉴。 关键字：岳屏公园 使用状况评价 使用者 游客 Abstract: The modern city park is the city residents daily life and work of organic constitute part, is 1 kind have recreation, amusement, exchanges and feeling Wu nature etc. function of public space.But along with the variety in ages, its contents and function also occurrence certain of variety, cause the park appear some problem which allow of no to neglect in the usage the process.Owing to this, from the park, user and it interaction relation set out, pass inquisition issue of questionnaire collections related data, comprehensive usage usage empress valuation(POE) of theories method and factorization method logarithms according to carry on system analysis, hold park to the Yue of usage the condition carry on research and get POE evaluation analysis report.Pass inquisition understanding to the Yue to hold park of usage condition existence certain of problem, for example hygiene, rest etc. the facilities need to be improve;It the position of patriotism education base be not enough obvious.Henceforth put forward according to the problem again opposite of suggestion, and continuously perfect report.Should report can hold park improvement service facilities for the Heng Yue in the sun City, exaltation management the level provide basis, can also for other similar park of design management provide to draw lessons from.
