摘 要 供水是城镇发展的重要基础设施，是国家建设、社会文明进步、人民生活不可缺少的，无法替代的物质基础。随着社会的发展进步，城市高层建筑的供水问题日益突出。一方面要求提高供水质量，不要因为压力的波动造成供水障碍；另一方面要求当发生火灾时能够可靠供水，保证供水的可靠性和安全性，针对这两方面的要求，新的供水方式和控制系统应运而生，这就是可编程序控制器（简称PLC）控制的无塔供水系统。无塔供水系统包括生活用水和消防用水的控制。该系统保证了供水的质量，提高了系统的可靠性。 随着PLC技术的迅速发展，PLC在我国各个工业控制领域中得到了越来越广泛的应用。本文采用了可编程控制器来实现无塔供水系统的自动控制，并比较详细地介绍了OMRON公司CPM2A系列PLC在无塔供水系统中的硬件配置和软件设计。本系统使用了世纪星组态软件做为监控平台，可以进行实时监控，达到监视整个设备工作状态、设备情况的目的，实现了对无塔供水系统的实时监控。最后，通过软硬件相互之间的配合，使之达到工业自动化设计的要求。 关键词：无塔供水；可编程序控制器；组态软件；监控 Abstract Urban water supply is an important basis for developing the infrastructure of the country, the progress of social civilization, the peoples living standards indispensable to the irreplaceable material foundation.
