Hand out the number pictures worksheets to students. 2. Look at the sample picture and read out numbers. Ex. heart picture 12, 13, 17, 18, 21, 24, 26, 29 etc. 3. Students listen to the numbers and fill in the boxes with pencils or coloured pencil crayons. 4. After finishing the picture, the class checks to see if everyone drew the same picture. 5. Repeat steps 1 – 4 with a different picture. 6. Student volunteers read out the numbers of their own picture to the class. 8. The class checks the drawings. To the Teacher  The pictures are more effective when 2-5 colours are used. Variation  If they are shy about presenting to the class, students could present to each other in groups.  The activity could be spread over several classes as review.
