Methods: R eview and analyze the clinical data o 138 pat ients, in to tal , w ho su ered ro m g ynecolog ic a cute abdo men and received surg ical tr eatment ( lapar oto my or lapar oscopy ) in t his ho spit al betw een J an . 200 3 and O ct . 200 3. T he patient s w er e div ided into tw o g ro up s : 70 patients w ith lapar oscopy in the study gr oup ; and the ot her 6 8 patients w it h laparo to my in t he co ntro l gr oup . Results : T he di erences bet w een the t w o g ro up s in ter m s o age , w eig ht , prev iou s hist or y o lapar oto my, etiolog y o acut e abdo men and time o surg ery ar e no t sig ni icant . But the data also sugg ests sig ni icant statistic di erences in r equir ement or analgesic, time o hospitalization a ter sur g ery , and in the recov ery tim e o g ast ro intestinal unction a ter sur ger y ( P 0 . 0 1) . Conclusion: L aparo sco py has a n advantag e ov er laparo tomy in t reating gy neco log ic acute abdo men and also is sa e and easible method or diagno sis and treat ment o gy neco log ic acute a bdomen .
