青岛市某单层双跨重型钢结构厂房设计 摘要 单层厂房指层数仅为一层的工业厂房，适用于生产工艺流程以水平运输为主，有大型起重运输设备及较大动荷载的厂房，如机械制造工业、冶金工业和其他工业等。单层厂房的骨架结构，由支撑及各种竖向的与水平的荷载作用的构件组成。厂房依靠各种结构构件合理连接为一整体，组成一个完整的结构空以保证厂房的坚固、耐久。我国广泛采用钢筋混凝土排架结构和钢架结构，通常由横向排架、纵向联系构件、支撑系统构件和围护结构等几部分组成。 单层钢结构厂房具有用途广泛、建筑简易、施工期短、经久耐用、造价合理等优点，随着我国钢产量的增大，很多厂房都采用了钢结构。单层厂房的端墙（山墙）受风面积较大，内部空间要求、厂房屋顶面积、荷载等均较大，构造复杂，如何进行有效的荷载效应组合、选取最不利内力组合，作为柱及基础的设计依据，将是本文要重点解决的问题。 关键词：内力组合；偏心受压；钢材 The design of a single-layer double span steel structure workshop in Qingdao Abstract Single-layer workshop refers to only one layer for the industrial workshop, applicable to the production process flow in horizontal transportation primarily, a large lifting transportation equipment and more dynamic loads of factories, such as mechanical manufacturing industry, metallurgy industry and other industries. Single-layer workshop’s skeleton structure consists of propping works, and other vertical and horizontal load function of components. Workshop relies on various structural components for a whole, reasonable connection form a complete structure empty to ensure workshop strong, durable. Widely used in China are reinforced concrete structure and bent steel structure, consisting of transverse bent, longitudinal contact component, support system components, palisade structure and other parts. Monolayer steel structure workshop has wide application and cost advantages; and its building construction is short, simple, durable. With the increase of steel production in China, Many factories have adopted steel structure. Single-layer workshop end wall (frontispiece) with larger area by wind, interior space requirements, workshop roof area, load, were bigger complex structure, how to effectively of combination of action effects, to select the most unfavorable combined, as column and internal based design basis, will be the focus of this article.
