摘 要 　　铁路货车滚动轴承一方面要承受整个车厢的重量，另一方面轴承的内圈又随车轴一起作高速旋转，是非常容易磨损的部件，也是关系到铁路运输安全的关键部件。机车运行时，一旦滚动轴承发生故障，将导致整列车不能运行，严重堵塞运输路线，同时对机车的抢修也是十分困难的。因此预防滚动轴承故障的发生，对于机车的安全运输就显得十分重要。铁路部门严格规定，各车辆段必须对滚动轴承进行定期检测，对于需要分解的滚动轴承，把它从车轴上拆下来，此时需要用到本设计中所研究的STL-2A铁路货车滚动轴承固定式半自动拆卸机。 STL-2A滚动轴承拆卸机是用于拆卸铁路车辆滚动轴承的专用设备，能拆卸目前所用的多种型号滚动轴承，如RB2，RD2，RE2型轮对的无轴箱滚动轴承。因此广泛应用于各车辆段，车辆检修厂及铁路运输单位。该机主要由床身、左右拆卸装置、支承缸、推进缸、轴承滚道、液压系统、电气控制系统等组成。 此次设计是根据已有的《科技文件材料》、《机械设计手册》、《液压系统设计简明手册》等资料以及到现场参观实习，设计出定位准确，结构简单，占地面积小，成本低，自动化程度和效率高，操作和维修方便的拆卸机。本次设计主要是对该机的液压系统和机械结构部分进行设计。 关键词：滚动轴承；拆卸；液压缸；机械结构 全套图纸，加153893706 Abstract On one hand railway freight train rolling bearings support the weight of a whole carriage, on the other hand bearing inner race in high speed rotation along with the axle. It is the non-wearable parts in application, but it is also the key components in Railway Transportation Safety .once the rolling bearings are broken, the whole train cannot move in time. Transportation route is severe ball-up. In the mean time, it is very difficult to repair the train again. as a result, it is very important to prevent the fault of rolling bearings. The regulation on railway department said that rolling-stock Section must overhaul the rolling bearings regularly, aim at some rolling bearings need to be disassembled, The STL-2A type fixed semi-automatic dismantling machine for rolling bearings is considered. The STL-2A-type dismantling machine for rolling bearings is a specialized machine which is use for dismantling the rolling bearings of freight trains, It can dismantle all kinds of rolling bearings at the time being. Such as the rolling bearings of non-cased axles of the wheels of RB2, RD2, RE2. As a result, It is widely used in train manufacturers, train divisions, train overhaul factories and so on.
