本科生毕业设计说明书 题 目 ： 180方坯结晶器振动装置设计 姓 名 ： 学 号 ： 0608138133 专 业 ： 机械设计制造及其自动化 班 级 ： 机械06-3班 指导教师： Abstract Mold vibration device is one of the key equipment of continous casting machine ,and it is main role is to make the lubrication of the inner wall of the mold well ,reducing friction to prevent the bond of the molten steel and the inner wall, and also to improve the quality of the surface of the slab .when a bond , the vibration can force to Stripping and eliminate bond .Vibration produces the vibration which the mold needs , so any vibration mechanism must meet two basic conditions:First ,the mold must accurately follow the trachs of vibration .Second ,the mold vibrate according to a certain motion law . The way that mold achieves are trajectory:guideway 、differential-tape 、double rocher type、four eccentic type and hydraulic vibration mechanism ,and so on .the main vibration includes synchronous vibration,thenegative slippage vibration,sine vibration ,non-sinusoidal vibration and so on . Four-bar linkage of short arm is by choosing the appropriate size of the two rocher ,making a certain instantaneous motion around the radius of curvature achieve the arc movement .Rocher length of the two choices must be met ① equal to the length of the two rocker;②the extension line of two rockers through the curvature centre .
