e 题 目 压裂泵试验台控制系统的设计 学生姓名 e 学号 e 所在学院 机械工程学院 专业班级 e 指导教师 e 完成地点 e 2009 年 6 月 11日 压裂泵试验台控制系统的设计 e （e） 指导教师：e [摘要］压裂泵是压裂车的核心部件 ，压裂车主要应用于油田开采。我国从八十年代开始引进国外成套压裂酸化设备。主要产品包括：BJ Services公司1000型压裂机组，STEWART STEVENSON公司1600型压裂机组，WESTERN公司1400～1800型压裂机组等。这些设备的引进使我国的压裂酸化装备有了质的飞跃，并达到同期国际同步水平。随着油田的开发和发展，一方面煤层气和天然气井的压裂酸化作业，对压裂酸化施工的排量和压力提出更大更高的要求；另一方面对压裂井的压裂施工工艺和压裂精度提出了更高的要求，压裂设备的配置和性能也紧跟压裂工艺的进步在不断的发展中。 压裂车为适应不同地域、不同使用条件要求，压裂车演变为拖车结构，作业时可以通过一台拖车头将泵组拖到压裂施工井场。压裂泵决定压裂车工作效率和油田开采的工作效率。通过由水箱、水泵电机、调压装置、压裂泵、压力传感器、电磁流量计、冷却塔、冷却电机这几大部分组成的压裂泵试验台来测试出压裂泵的输出性能曲线，测试出压裂泵的性能。 ［关键词］压裂泵； 控制系统；压力传感器；电磁流量计 The design of the fracturing pump test-bed control system e （） Instructor: Abstract: Fracturing pump is the core component of the fracturing car, and fracturing car is mainly used in oil exploration.
