学 号 毕业论文 PP/HGB复合材料的制备及性能研究 学生姓名 杨洋 专业名称 材料化学 指导教师 李军伟 讲师 材料科学与工程系 2011年6月 PP/HGB复合材料的制备及性能研究 Preparation and properties of PP/HGB Composite materials 摘 要 采用熔融共混挤出的方法, 用KH550硅烷偶联剂和硝酸钕分别对不同粒径分布的空心玻璃微珠进行了表面改性,制备PP/HGB复合材料。研究HGB的加入对复合材料力学性能,微观结构的影响。差示扫描量热仪(DSC)考察PP/HGB复合材料非等温结晶过程并Jeziorny和莫志深方程对PP/HGB复合材料进行非等温结晶动力学研究用Kissinge计算非等温结晶过程活化能。结果未经表面改性的HGB与PP的相容性差,复合材料力学性能较差。HGB经过KH550和硝酸钕表面改性后,与PP的相容性提高,复合材料力学性能提高随降温速率的增大结晶峰温p和结晶起始温度结晶速率常数Zc均随降温速率的增大而增t1/2均随降温速率的增大并且经过KH550和硝酸钕表面改性的HGB可以提高复合材料的结晶度,但降低了结晶速率。ABSTRACT The hollow glass beads(HGB) were modified with KH550 and neodymium nitrate, the composites of PP/HGB were prepared by extrusion molding.The mechanical properties and microstructure of PP and the composites were studied and the nonisothermal crystallization behavior were investigated using differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).The nonisothermal crystallization kinetics of samples were extensively studied by Jeziorny’s equation and Mo equation. Kissinge equation with non-isothermal crystallization activation energy. The results showed that the compatibility between HGB and PP were poor if HGB were not modified, and the composites had very poor mechanical properties. the compatibility between HGB and PP could be significantly improved after superficial treatment of HGB. The compatibility could be improved and the mechanical properties could also be increased. With the cooling rate increases, the crystallization peak temperature Tp and the crystallization onset temperature T0 shift to lower temperature, crystallinity Xc decreases, Zc are with the cooling rate increases, the crystallization half time t1 / 2 increased with temperature rate decreases, the crystallization rate increases. The modified HGB could improve the crystallinity of PP, but it decreased the crystallization rate of PP.
