There are a lot of ap plications about code obfuscation. T his show s the efficiency of code obfuscation under some limit ed environments. So the proving of its efficiency is the prime problem of the research. But cur rent research takes no account of the semantic information. T his paper constructs a semantics based comparable framew ork measuring obfuscation efficiency, w hich not only prove efficiency under the limited environment of static analysis, but also can establish the formal foundation for obfuscation efficiency comparison. T he last part of the paper illustrates how the framew ork can be applied to measure the efficiency of code obfuscation w ith an instantiation.
