ABSTRACT Abstract The financial crisis swiped the global, and it is exposed that a series of major defects in the current bank regulatory capital international rules,which led to the provision of the regulatory capital that can not fully absorb the losses during the crisis.Therefor,in 2010 December, Basel Committee issued the Basel iii ,which was formally approved d in Seoul in 2011 at the G20.In this regard, China Banking Regulatory Commission issued a more strict Chinese version of Basel iii -- commercial bank capital management approach ( Trial) .The new regulations put forward higher requirements on the capital structure of the commercial banks, and have begun to implement in January 1, 2013.The implementation of the new regulations and adjustment and reorganization of financial supervision rules not only affect the development strategy of bank, but also affect the capital structure of banks, operation mode and operation performance. This paper studies the influence of capital structure on business performance and seeks the method to optimize capital structure and improve business performance. The first and second part is theoretical analysis. Based on the research results of domestic and foreign scholars, the paper mainly analyzes related theories of bank’s capital structure and business performance, especially from the aspects of shareholder structure, debt structure and the proportion relationship between the two, which provides theoretical support for the following research.
