全套设计CAD或三维图，联系QQ 695132052 各专业都有 摘要 本设计矿井为鸡西矿业集团哈达煤矿1.5Mt/a新井设计。煤层工业牌号为1/3焦煤，可采储量173.46Mt，服务年限为80 a。 井田走向长度6.75km，倾向长度4.25 km，共有四层可采煤层，全区可采，即23#、30#、36#、37#煤层，赋存深度+25m～-800m，总厚度8.1m，平均倾角13.7，顶底板大都为粉沙岩，硬度较高。其中23#煤层与30#煤层间距135m、30#煤层与36#煤层间距40m、36#煤层与37#煤层间距25m，区内有四条断裂都为正断层落差范围在0～250m，将井田划分为四个区域。 设计矿井采用双立井开拓，划分三个水平。本设计为第一水平开拓，采用梭式井底车场，集中大巷采区石门开拓布置，井底车场和集中大巷布置在23#煤层底板中，30#、36#、37#煤层采用联合开采，在37#煤层底板中布置集中上山。大巷采用两辆10t架线电机车牵引3t底卸式矿车运输。 设计采区为中央采区，走向长度2200m，倾斜长度1000m，煤层厚度2.5m倾角13.7。采用三条上山布置在煤层中，双翼采区单翼回采，工作面长度190m，上行式通风后退式回采，走向长壁采煤法，综合机械化回采工艺一次采全高。通风方式为两翼对角式。 关键词 可采储量 集中大巷 采区石门 走向长壁采煤法 Abstract The design of the mine for JiXi Mining Group HaDa mine 1.5 Mt / a new well design. It have totally of four coal seams, the region could be adopted. The coal seam are23#、30#、36#、37#, depth of occurrence +25 m ~ 800m.The average seam thickness is 8.1m, and the average dip is 13.7. Most of the roof and floor is sand rock, and the sand rock’s hardness is higher ,the 23# and 30# coal seam interval 135 m ,the 30# and 36# seam interval 40m, the 36#and37 # seam interval 25m . There are four faults of the gap in the range of 0~250m, mine will be divided into four regional. Design of two-shaft mine exploration, divided into three levels. The design of exploration is the first level, using bottom-yard shuttle, concentrated in large mining area district cross-cut pioneering layout, bottom concentrated in large parking lots and roadway layout of the 23#seam floor ,30#、36#、37#seam mining in a joint concentrated uphill laid in 37# seam floor. Two 10t transport planes motor traction 3t bottom tub transports in roadway.
