题 目 一种多功能取暖炉的设计与制造 学生姓名 学号 所在学院 材料科学与工程学院 专业班级 指导教师 完成地点 摘要ABSTRACT：In most parts of northern China, the winter can satisfy peoples need for heating buildings thermal comfort.Especially in recent years, the building structure is changing, the heating requirements also more and more high, energy consumption is becoming more and more big.In order to alleviate the increasingly serious energy crisis and pursue the sustainable development of society, under the current situation needs, design a kind of multi-functional heating furnace is very urgent.In this topic, the author according to the design standard of industrial furnace design of household type coal stove, furnace experiment was carried out and Suggestions are proposed based on the results.In this paper, main contents and research results are as follows:(1) Following furnace design procedure comes out fuel burning computation and referred material．Results on what mentioned aheadthe special—purpose furnace and furnace accessories are fixed out．(2)eferring to GB6412—86”the coal used in family and furnace accessories testing method”，with the consideration of the characteristics of this furnace and the fuel used in determination of fuel and comprehensive performance,obtained the relevant indicator values.(3)omparing the performance test result with the stove design index, exhaust smoke temperature is higher, the thermal efficiency is low;Comparing with the original stoves, the firepower is strong,burning is full the speed getting angry quickly.But the flame produced by the fuel burning can not be used maximized,and the discharged fume heat loss is also higher.(4)The efficiency of furnace accessor
