乳制品立体仓库堆垛机毕业设计.doc

摘 要 有轨巷道式堆垛起重机是在高层货架的狭窄巷道内工作的专用起重机，大大提高立体仓库的面积及空间利用率，是自动化仓库的主要设备之一，又称有轨堆垛机。其主要用途是在接收计算机发出的指令后，在高层货架的狭窄巷道内沿着导轨行驶，载物台通过直线行驶及上下升降运动位于货物单元进出口，用货叉或串杆攫取、搬运和堆垛或从高层货架上存取单元货物，再运送到巷道口，完成作业。 本次设计参考太原刚玉物流工程有限公司为内蒙古蒙牛乳业股份有限公司设计制造的自动化立体仓库，针对实际乳制品存储的特点，以现有机器为依托，先确定堆垛机的存储货物的方案，设计出堆垛机的总体机械结构以及各部分的结构草图，然后根据本科阶段所学的机械设计、机械原理、材料力学、理论力学、制造技术等专业知识以及平时的一些设计经验，并查阅相关的设计手册（主要为机械设计手册），对总体框架和各部分机械进行详细的设计计算，主要包括：机架、提升机构、行走机构、载物台和货叉机构。设计过程中，以实现堆垛机主要功能为目的，在满足足够的刚度、强度、稳定性等机械性能前提下，综合考虑结构合理性和经济性，以追求现代化设计的要求。 关键词 立体仓库 堆垛机 机构设计 Abstract Track Tunnel-Stacker Crane is a special cranes what work in the narrow alleyways of the top shelf , greatly improve the area and space utilization of the three-dimensional warehouse , and it is one of the main equipment of the automated warehouse , another name is rail stackers .
