摘 要 本设计是对随车起重运输车进行改装设计，改装装载质量为4吨的伸缩臂式随车起重运输车。 随车起重运输车不仅用于城市建设，还可供矿山、油田等施工重地使用。随车起重运输车之所以得到如此广泛的应用，不仅在于它有良好的起重能力和运输能力，更在于它的经济性。它不仅克服了塔式吊机的笨重、移动困难的特点，还将起重和运输这两个功能结合起来。可以提高企业的劳动生产率，而且使人的工作强度减小很多、同时使人工作在相对安全的环境下。由于它具有轻便、迅速、经济的优点,所以对随车起重车的改装是很重要和实用的。 在本次设计中我完成了对起重装置的设计、计算、选型和校核。起重装置是徐工集团生产的成品，通过计算完成了对SQ4SK2型起重机的选型以及改装后对整车性能的分析和校核。同时也完成了对液压装置的设计、计算、选型。二类底盘的选择以及其他一些附件的设计计算。二类底盘采用东风汽车有限公司生产的EQ1092FJ—105型底盘，根据东风汽车有限公司规定的技术参数对其进行部分改装。改装后对整个底盘进行了安全性校核。 关键词：起重汽车；改装设计；起重装置；液压装置；生产效率  ABSTRACT This design was modifying the Transports Vehicle with Came Frame. The requirement of the design was reequipping a Transports Vehicle with Came Frame whose carrying capacity quality is 4 tons. The usage of the Transports Vehicle with Came Frame is more and more, it’s not only can be used for urban construction, but also in mines, oil fields and so on. Its use in promotion, that is not only lies in the lifting and transport capacity, but also because of its good economic. The Vehicle Lifter is to be mature day by day. Its high reliability and good economic has become the main reason that people like to use it. It’s not only overcome shortcomings which the tower crane is unwieldy and difficult to move, moreover, it gets up the two functions of lifting and transporting to be one. It’s not only enhanced the enterprise of the labor productivity, but also reduce the working strength, and might cause workers working conditions relative safety. In brief, it’s because of the facilely, rapid, good efficient, the modifying of Transports Vehicle with Came Frame is to be important. In this design, I had completed to got up the design, the computation, the shaping and the examination about the lifting installment. The lifting installment was the product that produced by Xugong group. Calculating for the SQ4SK2 Derrick Car crane shaping had completed the selection, the analysis and the examination.
